CANCELATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to offer you the best experience possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment within this time frame, please note that a no-show fee will apply. Additionally, any same-day rescheduling or cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

HAIR GROWTH​
To provide you with the best possible results, we require that you have at least 2-3 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. If your hair is too short, we will consider it a same-day cancellation, and the applicable fee will be charged. This policy ensures that we can deliver the high-quality service you expect.

HAIR FREE GUARANTEE
We guarantee that no hair will be left behind after your hair removal service. If you're not satisfied, we will fix any missed areas for free within 72 hours of your appointment. Please contact the location where you received the service for assistance.

GUEST POLICY
For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. This helps us maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call us before 7pm Monday to Friday or before 4pm on weekends. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate your needs as best as possible.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Yes you can get a Brazilian while on your period and we encourage you to still come in for appointment, if you feel comfortable. We provide wipes and tampons if you need them. We understand not everyone is comfortable getting sugared during that time of the month. If you would prefer not to get sugared during that time, please try to track your cycle and plan your appointments to the best of your ability, as you may still be charged a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations.

Can I Get Sugared While Pregnant?Yes, sugaring is completely safe since it is all natural and there are no chemicals involved. However, we do have a cut off of 38 weeks!

How Often Should I Get Sugared?It depends on the area! For face we recommend 3-4 weeks, for underarms 2-4 weeks, for arms, legs, and brazilian 4-6 weeks.

Should I Trim Before My Appointment?No you should not. You may cut hair down too short and it will affect the outcome of your results!

Does Sugaring Hurt?The level of pain experienced during sugaring can vary based on several factors. There may be some discomfort if it's your first time sugaring. This is because the hair might be thicker, and your skin is not yet accustomed to the process. However, many people find that the pain decreases with regular sessions as the hair grows back finer and thinner. Our sugarists do their best to make your services as painless as they can.

Can I Walk In?We accept walk-ins if a sugarist has availabiliy at the time. However, we are usually booked back to back so we do recommend booking an appointment to make sure we can take you in. You can always call before hand and the girls will try to get you in as soon as possible!

Can I Get Sugared if I Am On My Period?Yes you can! You may be a bit more sensitive due to your hormones during this time. However, a fresh clean tampon or menstrual cup must be worn during the service!

What is the Difference Between Sugar and Wax?Sugar is made out of sugar, lemon, and water so its 100% natural. Wax is made out of chemicals and is applied hot so it pulls off the first layer of skin. Sugar is applied at room temperature or warmer; it does not adhere to live skin cells, which means there is no chance of getting burned. Sugar is applied against hair growth and pulled off in the natural direction of growth; this method helps ensure that in-growns are rare when proper at home care is followed.

Can I Get Sugared if I Am Under the Age of 18?Yes, of course! We have a sugar baby menu with limited services that girls 8-15 years old can receive. Services for anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present as the time.
